About Clarendon Home Care

Since 1994, we have been helping adults of all ages to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.

For over 30 years our amazing care team have provided compassionate and often life-changing care to people living in Surrey and South West London.

Our Story

Clarendon Home Care was founded by Jackie Jones who drew on her years of experience as a home care worker to envision a company that not only provided care and support to the elderly, but does so with the firm belief that care is never as effective as when it happens at home.

Originally operating from a front room, we have grown into a fully-fledged care company which provides outstanding visiting home care and live in care services across the Surrey and South West London areas.

Our Carers

For over thirty years, we’ve specialised in providing the very best person-centred care at home. In that time, the key to our success has been simple; we employ the very best carers who are committed to making a difference to people’s lives.

We only hire carers who are naturally kind and caring and fully understand the responsibility of the job, with all the challenges and many rewards it can bring.

We provide our care staff with all the specialist training they will need to provide compassionate care that goes over and above the norm. We also recognise the need for life experience, common sense and most of all a genuine passion to care for those who are most in need.

A FULLY REGULATED SERVICE

If you’re looking for care for the first time, you may not have heard of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) before.

The CQC is the independent regulator of Health and Social Care in England. They ensure that people are provided with care that is safe, caring, effective, responsive and well-led. They inspect, monitor and regulate all registered care services to ensure they meet the fundamental standards of quality and safety.

At Clarendon Home Care we are fully regulated by the CQC. We believe that regulated home care should be welcomed and encouraged by all providers, along with an ongoing commitment to transparency and quality for the benefit of the people we who use our service.

Key questions asked by the CQC:
  • Are they safe?
  • Are they effective?
  • Are they responsive to people’s needs?
  • Are they well-led?
  • Are they effective?
