Our Way Of Working

We have built our reputation for high quality service by building processes that manage quality and training our people to operate within our proven procedures. We have also worked hard to build in provision for flexibility to support our Service Users, whilst retaining control of the service, so that you can have total confidence in Clarendon Home Care.

How we arrange individual care for you:

  1. We visit you in your home and carry out a professional needs assessment
  2. We conduct a risk assessment of your current situation
  3. We provide a proposal and contract for you
  4. We design an individual Care Plan to meet your requirements
  5. We provide you with a Service User Report Book and User Guide
  6. We select a competent key worker. This person will become your individual key worker
  7. We start to care for you
  8. We formally review our service after 6 weeks, 3 months and 12months
  9. We constantly talk with you and your family if required

Service Availability And Costs

  • We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
  • Our services are available across Surrey and South West London (view a detailed map of where we operate)
  • After initial assessment, we will propose an individual care plan and our costs will be based on the extent of the service required

Alternative Care Worker Guarantee Scheme

As part of our service commitment, should you be dissatisfied with your care worker we will undertake to find a suitable replacement within 3 days.
