2. We conduct a risk assessment of your current situation.
3. We provide a proposal and contract for you.
4. We design an individual care plan to meet your requirements.
5. We provide you with a service user report book and user guide.
6. We select a suitable carer for you.
7. We start to care for you.
8. We formally review our service at regular intervals.
9. We will talk with you and your family whenever required.
