As our business expands and our service range develops we are eager to recruit staff at all levels.

Comprehensive training structure
All new recruits undergo induction training in Manual Handling, Food Hygiene and First Aid.
Our induction training involves new care assistants shadowing experienced key workers as well as computer based training modules.
Other special training modules are available including programmes for the protection of vulnerable adults. We encourage our team to undergo additional training to meet their career aspirations including NVQ2 in Social Care.
Additional training is provided for staff who are caring for Service Users who have complex conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease or Alzheimers and who require specialist care.
